Refund policy
Overview Global Tech Lift provides forklift servicing, repairs, and rental services. As a service-based business, we do not sell physical products subject to traditional returns. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms.
Service Cancellations
- Cancellations made 48 or more hours before a scheduled service appointment are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of a scheduled appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment or no-shows will forfeit any deposit paid.
Deposits
- A deposit may be required to confirm certain service bookings. Deposits are refundable per the cancellation terms above.
- Deposits for custom or parts-intensive repairs are non-refundable once parts have been ordered.
Completed Services
- If you are unsatisfied with a completed repair or service, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will review the concern and, at our discretion, offer to re-perform the work, issue a partial credit, or provide a refund.
- Refunds will not be issued for services that have been fully rendered and accepted at the time of completion.
Rental Services
- Rental fees are non-refundable once equipment has been dispatched.
- Early returns do not qualify for a prorated refund unless agreed upon in writing prior to rental.
- The renter is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
How to Request a Refund Contact us at Services@GlobalTechLift.com within the applicable timeframe. Please include your name, service date, and a description of your concern. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
