Overview Global Tech Lift is a service-based business. We do not ship physical products. Instead, our technicians come to your location to perform forklift repairs, maintenance, and servicing. Rental equipment may be delivered depending on the agreement.
On-Site Service
- All repair and maintenance services are performed at your location by our certified technicians.
- Service availability is subject to your location being within our service area.
- You will be provided with a scheduled appointment window upon booking confirmation.
Service Area
- We currently serve the Greater Los Angeles area.
- Services outside our standard service area may be available upon request and may incur an additional travel fee.
Rental Equipment Delivery
- For rental services, equipment delivery and pickup may be available depending on your location and the rental agreement.
- Delivery fees, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of booking.
- A delivery timeframe will be confirmed upon booking.
Parts & Equipment Orders
- If your service requires parts to be ordered, we will notify you of estimated lead times before proceeding.
- Parts are sourced based on availability and may affect the overall service timeline.
