1. Overview These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of globaltechlift.com and any services purchased from Global Tech Lift ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking a service or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services Global Tech Lift provides forklift repair, maintenance, servicing, and rental services. All services are subject to availability and technician scheduling. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a service request at our discretion.
3. Quotes & Pricing
- Service quotes are estimates and may change if additional issues are discovered during the service.
- You will be notified of any significant cost changes before work proceeds.
- Prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice.
4. Bookings & Appointments
- All service bookings must be confirmed by Global Tech Lift before they are considered scheduled.
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to technician availability, equipment, or unforeseen circumstances.
- You are responsible for ensuring safe and accessible access to the equipment being serviced.
5. Payment
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- For larger jobs, a deposit may be required upfront.
- We accept Credit, Debit, Cash & Zelle.
- Overdue invoices may be subject to a late fee of 5% per month.
6. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Limitation of Liability Global Tech Lift is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Warranty on Services
- Repair and maintenance work is warranted for 30 days from the date of service for the specific issue addressed.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, operator error, or unrelated mechanical failure.
- Rental equipment is provided in good working condition. Any pre-existing damage must be reported before use.
9. Customer Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate information about the equipment and the issue being reported.
- You are responsible for ensuring the equipment is safe to work on and that our technicians have proper site access.
- Any delays caused by lack of access or inaccurate information may result in additional charges.
10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles, California.
11. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
